Pro version recognition

1st. I love the app, its worked very well and Ive had it for quite sometime. However, I purchased the pro originally from my iPhone 5, when I purchased the 6+, I was able to transfer it over, however even though its a pro and says pro, it doesnt act like the pro nor did it recognize it so that I could leave a message under the pro, I had to download the free one because there is no other way to communicate with you. My question is why is it not acting like the pro, although it is. Furthermore I just purchased the iPad pro and the app is recognized there as the pro with sync and iCloud. How did that happen? And how can I fix it? Again, I love the app.
